Dr Hasan Harun

Work experience as a GP for more than 14 years in Australia and Overseas. 4 years in Hospital as a Medical Officer overseas. Also worked as GP Observer in Gawler GP Access Afterhours, South Australia and Bacchus Marsh Medical Center, Victoria. Then joined Tarneit Family Medical Center as a GP in 2015. Before joining The Quay Health was working in Epichealth OceanGrove. Worked in Werribee Mercy Hospital as a Medical Observer.

Education history: Completed MBBS in 2005 under University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. Completed Fellowship of Royal Australian College of General Practitioner (FRACGP) in 2021. Additionally completed Certificate course on Diabetology, Certificate in Clinical Ultrasonography and Diploma in Medical Ultrasound Diagnosis from overseas.

Special training: Completed Rural Emergency Skills Program under Royal Flying Doctors Service. Completed Mental Health Skill training. Attended Multiple workshop on skin cancer, suture & debridement organized by RACGP. Trained in Implanon insertion and removal.

Professional Membership: Member of RACGP since 2012. Member of Northern Health Network, SA since 2012, Member of AMA since 2019.

Hobbies: Playing Chess, Watching movies.

Personal passion: Dermatology, Child health, Men’s health, Travel Medicine, Mental health.

Dr Yassir Hag Musa

As a recognised Australian specialist general practitioner, Dr Yassir Hag Musa is Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and the Royal College of General Practitioners in the United Kingdom.

With having particular interests in mental health, paediatrics, diabetes management, hypertension and heart disease, ophthalmology, whole family medicine and aged care, Dr Yassir Hag Musa has acquired both the skill and expertise with treating and managing both chronic diseases and general healthcare.

Dr Yassir Hag Musa has also spent time leading, teaching and supervising registrar and undergraduate doctors in both local and international settings. Dr Yassir Hag Musa is a pioneer in his respected field and leading the way in general practice having over 20 years of experience.

Never being one to stop, Dr Yassir Hag Musa continues with his professional development having studied the effects of stroke, undertaken audits on the use of prescription medications and conducted research into the criteria for grommet insertion.

Dr Hag Musa is charismatic, insightful and a natural with people from all backgrounds, ethnicities and genders.

A keen traveller, Dr Hag Musa is fluent in English and Arabic, with a moderate command of French. He is an advocate lover of tennis and soccer and is known to have woken up early to watch the English Premier League on TV!

Dr Isabel Igros

Isabel and her family moved to Australia over 15 years ago and she has been practicing as a rural GP in the last 11 years. 

Her medical background kicked off with a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree which earned her the highest academic merit ( Gold medalist of the Philippine Pharmaceutical Association). She then pursued Doctor of Medicine and gained experience both overseas and in Australia. She subsequently earned her Specialist registration as Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practice (RACGP) in 2017.

Isabel continues to expand her horizon as a medical practitioner through on going professional development programs. The goal of which is to be able to deliver the best towards her patients health care needs. Her aim is to also pass on this wealth of experience to junior colleagues and this she does by providing supervision and training to medical students and IMGs.

Her special interests include mental health, chronic disease management, women’s and children’s health, pain management, skin cancer and general medical conditions.

Her passion is around music, movies, spending time with family and travel.

Dr Carmen Traill

FRACGP, DRANZCOG (Adv), Dip Ed, BSc

Dr Carmen Traill was born and raised in Geelong, where she still currently lives with her husband and son. Before pursuing a career in Medicine, Dr Traill worked as a high school Mathematics teacher in Geelong for four years. After this, she completed her postgraduate Medical Degree from Deakin University, where she was awarded the Dr George Golding Award in 2015. During her hospital residency at University Hospital Geelong, Dr Traill obtained an Advanced DRANZCOG qualification, that has allowed her to work in Obsterics in regional Victoria since 2018. In 2022, Dr Traill attained her GP fellowship through the RACGP.

Aside from her expertise in antenatal care, Dr Traill’s special interests also include all areas of Women’s Health, Children’s Health, Lifestyle Medicine and Weight Loss. Dr Traill continues to develop her skills through ongoing professional development in these areas and aspires to provide her patients with the best level of care for their health using a compassionate, holistic and evidence-based approach, where her patients feel valued, heard and supported.

When not working, Dr Traill enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and can often be found working on building projects, enjoying the great outdoors or reading. One day she would also like to be proficient at playing the Cello.
